A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING COMMISSIONER AIMEE KELLEY AS A
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY LEAGUE OF CITIES,
4 AND APPOINTING COMMISSIONER MACK MCCRAY AS ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY LEAGUE OF CITIES;
6 AND FOR ALL OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, the Palm Beach County League of Cities shall advocate the collective interests
10 of the municipalities in Palm Beach County in accordance with the principles of self-government;
11 and
12 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled to
13 representation on the Palm Beach County League of Cities; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for such
15 representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right and honor
16 of service.

18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
19 BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
20 SECTION 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
21 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption.
22 SECTION 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, does hereby
23 appoint Commissioner Aimee Kelley as a representative to the Palm Beach County League of Cities
24 and appoints Commissioner Mack McCray as an alternate representative to the Palm Beach
25 County League of Cities.
26 SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect in accordance with the law.
