A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
2 BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR FISCAL
3 YEAR 2025-2026 AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND IN
4 THE AMOUNT OF $33,248 FOR THE INN AT BOYNTON DEMOLITION
5 PROJECT; AND FOR ALL OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget was adopted by the City Commission by
8 Resolution No. R25-245 on September 18, 2025; and
9 WHEREAS, staff is requesting Commission approval to amend the Fiscal Year 2025-2026
10 budget as noted specifically on Exhibit A; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Commission, upon the recommendation of staff, has deemed it in the
12 best interests of the City's citizens and residents to approve a Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year
13 2025-2026, amending the Capital Improvement Fund in the Amount of $33,248 for the Inn at
14 Boynton Demolition project.

16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
17 BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
18 SECTION 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
19 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption.
20 SECTION 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, does hereby
21 approve a Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, amending the Capital Improvement
22 Fund in the Amount of $33,248 for the Inn at Boynton Demolition project, as further detailed in
23 Exhibit A, attached hereto.
24 SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect in accordance with the law.
