77-QRES©LUTION NO. 77-Q A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA REQUESTING THE BOARD OF COUN~g COMMISSIONERS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA TO PROCEED WITH WIDENING OF SEACREST BOULEVARD. WHEREAS, lhe City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida deems it in the besi interest of said City, as a whole, thai Seacrest Boulevard be widened and four[laned in order to effectively and safely handle the current and projected traffic impaC~ thereon; and WHEREAS, The Bcard of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County, Florida has~ completed 'mits planning in connection with said projecl, and are ready to proceed with implementation thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BO~NTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: Thai the Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County, Florida are hereby respectfully requested to proceed with the widenin; and four laning of Seacresf Boulevard, within the municipal limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as conte~aplated~in plans and specifications now on file in the office of the County Engineer.
