77-J RESOLUTION NO. 77-~ A R SOLUTION EST_4B.LISH!NG CITY-OF I~OYNTON BEACH ~ FEDERAL PI~LIC W'©RK~ ~MPLOYMENT ACT TRUST FUND CHEC KING ~CCOUNT~ WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, will receive certain funds from the Government of the United States of America pursuant to the Public Works Employment A ct of 197 6; and WHEREAS, all funds to be received by the City pursuant to said Act must be deposited directly into a special trust account to be established for such p.urpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY (DF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to ~pen with a commercial bank located in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, a ¢~hecking account to be known as "City of Boynton Beach - Federal Public Works Em- ployment Act Trust Fund", for the purpose of depositing therein all funds received from the United States Treasury Department pursuant to the said Public Works Employment Act of 1976. Section 2: That all checks issued on the above named checking account shall be prepared and signed by the City Treasurer, B. J. Z©BEL, or in the absence of the Ciiy Treasurer, by the Deputy Treasurer, ALMA COOK, or in the absence of both the City Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer, by the City Finance Director, KENNETH L. KRIBS, and such checks shall be counter- signed by the Mayor, JOSEPH F. ZACK, or in the absence of the Mayor, by the Vice Mayor, EMILY M. JACKSON.. Section 3: Thai the City Clerk be and she ~ ~hereby instructed to forward a certified copy of this resalution to the commercial bank in which said checking account shall be opened.
