Any and all taxes or tax S!ale Certificates property for taxes delinquent prior to A.D. and held by the Town of Boynton, may be re- time prior to November l, 1933 at the face without interest on the payment of such face ~own Tax Collector. 2. Any real property upon which any unpaid ~e or liens were or may be issued or may exist nberl, 1933 for 1932 Taxes or for taxes for years may be redeemed upon payment to the Town Tax amount of the face of such certificate, to- aterest thereon at Six (6%) percent per annum such Taxes become delinquent, together with d fees as may be prescribed by law; provided, at the same time any like current taxes then due to the Town of Boynton are fully paid; and provided, further, that~ this Ordinance shall not apply to any taxes for the year 1932 unless on the property covered by such tax or certificate, that are outstanding tax liens or tax cer~-!fi- Gates one or more previous years. Section 3. In lieu of redm~mption in full any such tax lien or certificates may be paid and redeemed over a period of Five (§) or less years from the time installment redemp- tion begins provided there be paid an amount to the Town Tax Collector: (1) A sum equal to the accrued interest thereon, as provided in Section 2 hereof; and (2) That there do be paid to the Tax Collector in weekly, monthly or quarterly installments the aggregate of which installments shall be annualu equal to twenty (20%) per centum of the face of such certificate and accrued interest on such balance; and (3) That the current like taxes during such period of redemption do be paid and do not be permitted to become delinquent. Section 4. That the Tax Collector of the Town of Boynton, Florida, be and he hereby is, authorized and em- powered to collect and arrange to collect taxes in accord- ance v~ith the provisions of this Ordinance, his ac~s in the premises being hereby authorized, ratified and confirmed. Private holders of Tax Certificates and Tax Li~ns may deposite such certificates or evidence of lien with the Tax Collector whereupon the Tax Collector shall permit such redemption thereof in like manner and on like terms as if same were held by the Town of Boynton, except that the rate of interest~ thereon shall be that provided by law at the time of the issuance of such Tax Certificate and all pay- ments and all payments thereon shall be promptly remitted to the party So depositing such certificates; but such certificate~.shall be returned upon demand before the initial payment is received. All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, heretofore passed by the Commission which are in conflict with the pro- visions hereof be, and the same hereby are, recinded, set aside and repealed. This Ordinance shall take effect ten (10)days after its passage and adoption.
