TAX-LEVY FOR Thee YEAR 1927
F~EREAS, The Tovcn Comnission of the Tovm of Boynton,
in Palm Beach County, Florida, in anticipation of the
necessary expenditures of such Town of Boynton for the
taxable year 1927, have compiled their budget thereof
and which budget sets forth the following items, to wit:-

TOWN OF BOYNTON, FLORIDA, that ~here be,~and there h~reby
is, levied by such Town Commis~ on on all the taxabl~ pro-
perty, both real and personal, within such Town, a g?neral
tax to provide~'for the general expenditures of the said
Town as provided in the budget items hereinbefore set forth,

to wit: a tax sufficient to produce the sum of SEVENTY
TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THHEE DOLLARS AND SEVEriTY
ONE CENTS ($Vg,953.V1).
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE T0~f~ COMMISSION OF THE
T0I~ OF BO~NTON, FLORIDA, that such taxes hereinbefore re-
ferred to, be and the same hereby are, apportioned to and
levied against all the taxable property, both real and
personal, within the corporate limits of the said Town, in
proportion ~ the assessed valuation of such property.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that such tax be extended upon
the tax books of such Town of Boynton, Florida, in the proper
millage proportionate to the valuation thereof as returned
by the Assgssor, to wit: that the millage thereof be as
follows, to wit:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the passage and adoption
of the above and foregoing ORDINANCE is urgent and is
essentail to the immediate preservation of the public peace
of such Town of Boynton, Florida, by reason of the same
providing funds for the proper administration of the affairs
of such Town; and that an emergency does exist for the
immediate passage and adoption of such ORDINANCE.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the above and foregoing
ORDINANCE, being an Ordinance making a tax levy, be, and
the same hereby is, passed and adopted on this the SIXTH
day of SEPTEMBER, A. D. 1927, being a Regular Meeting ~
the Town Commis~ca of the Town of Boynton, and being the
meeting at which the same was introduced; and further
that such Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
