Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, have adopted a policy
of retrenchment, and do not believe it to be to the best
interests of the Town of Boynton and the inhabitants thereof
that such bonds be sold at this time and the monies and pro-
ceeds derived from the sale of such bonds used in making
the improvements for which such amounts were appropmiated.

Be It Further Ordained that save and except for the
cancellation and destruction of the Two Hundred and Eighty-

and ordered destroyed as herein provided, that said ordi-
fiance and all amendments thereto~ and all acts and pro-
ceedings had in connection therewith and with the issuance
of said bonds, be, and the smue hereby are, in all things
fully ratified and confirmed.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinauces in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
