A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMEAVDING THE PAY PLAN
ADOPTED UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 75-BBB.
WHEREAS, on September 2, 1975, the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed and adopted Resolution
No. 75-BBB to provide for the amended pay plan as attached there-
to; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Personnel Officer of said City
has conducted a review of the said amended pay plan, as adopted,
and has recommended that said amended pay plan be further amended
by providing that the positions hereinafter listed be considered
and classified as management or salaried positions and not
eligible for overtime compensation; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed said proposed
amendments and has approved them without modification; and
WHEREAS, after thorough review of such proposed
amendments, the City Council deems that the enactment and
adoption of same is in the best interests of efficient administra-
tion of the municipal personnel system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:

employees of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as adopted by
the said Resolution No. 75-BBB be and is hereby amended by
providing for the following positions to be considered and
classified as management or salaried positions and not eligible
for overtime compensation, to wit:
Finance Director
Deputy Building Official
Water Plant Supervisor
Wastewater Plant Supervisor
Supervisor of Maintenance for Lif~
Stations and Wastewater Treatment
Plant
Parks Supervisor
Utility Systems Supervisor
Street Supervisor
Sanitation Supervisor
Building Maintenance Supervisor
Automotive Shop Supervisor
Section..~: The foregoing amendments to the said
amended pay plan shall be implemented and become effective on the
