A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABANDONING PORTIONS OF ROADWAYS IN GOLF VIEW HARBOUR, SECOND SECTION, PORTIONS OF WHICH HAVE BEEN REPLATTED AS GOLF VIEW HARBOUR, THIRD sECTIoN. WHEREAS, Milnor Corporation has petitioned the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the adoption of a Resolution vacating and abandoning portions of roadways in Golf View Harbour, Second Section, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, pages46' and 47, Palm Beach County Public Records, portions of which were replatted as Golf View Harbour, Third S~eti©n~ on July 17, 1973, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, pages 119 and 120, Palm Beach County Public Records, as is more fully described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, said request has heretofore been considered by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and a favOrable recommendation has been rendered in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, all affected public utilities have been contacted for their recommendations in connection with said request, and their recommendations have been received; and WHEREAS, said request for abandonment is deemed to be reasonable and in the best interests of the inhabitants of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: That those portions of the roadways located in Golf View Harbour, Second Seckion, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, pages 46 and 47, Palm Beach County Public Records, portions of which were replatted as Golf View Harbour, Third Seetion~ on July 17, 1973, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, pages 119 and 120, Palm Beach County Public Records, as is more fully described on II Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated and abandoned and are hereby returned to acreage for purposes of taxation. PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of October, 1975.
