3. All of the Ficus pumila vines along the residential landscape buffer wall X
are dead and must be replaced. As proposed on the original landscape
plan, the roots of the Ficus pumila will not cause damage to public
roadways or other public works and may be replaced.
4. The existing irrigation sysytem must provide adequate water to all of the X
landscape improvements along this residential landscape buffer.
5. There is graffiti on sections of the concrete wall that must be removed X
from this residential buffer improvement.
6. The existing black vinyl chain link fence along the East perimeter of the X
residential landscape buffer must be repaired in sections where it has
been vandalized or pushed over onto the ground.
