BE IT ORDAI]~D by the Town Commission of the Town
of Boynton, Florida, as follows:
1. That i%' shall be unlawful for any person, firm
or corporation or the agent or agents of any such person,
firm. or corporation to blockade or obstruct any street
or public way ,vithin the Tovm of Boynton, Florida, so
as to i~r. pede traffic or pedestrians thereon, or cause
any interference or ~-mgerous obstacles to be placed
on or across any of said streets or public ways within
said To'~m, except, however, a Railroad Company may
blockade or obstruct any such street or public way over
which its line may cross, providing that such block-
ading or obstructing shall be not for'a longer period
than it shall take/ for its train to cross said street
or public way or if said train is stationary the same
shall not so obstruct any such street or public way
for a longer period than five minutes at any t ime.
2. Any person, firm, corporation, or the agent
or any person, firm or corporation who shall be
guilty of a violation of this ordinance shall be
subject to a fine of not more than ;5100.00 or impri-
sonment, for a term not to exceed 10 days, or both
such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the
court.
.ill ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
The above ordinance having been read in full

at a regular meeting of the Town Commission of the
T~.,-,,n of Boynton, Florida, duly held on the 6th day
of f~ril, '~. D. 1926, was finally adopted on the
day of April, A. D. 1976, and ordered posted
in accordance with law.
