PROVIDING POR A PENALTY FOR VIOL&TiON
0P AI{~ ORDINANCE.
Se It Ordained by the Tovln Commission of the
Town of boynton, Florida, as follows:
That on and after the adoption of this ordinance,
all ordinances heretofore adopted by the Tovaq Commission
of the Tovfn of ;~oynton, l~lorid~, and now in force,
wherein no peantty is provided for violation thereof,
shall carry a penalty of not to exceed a fine of Five
hundred Dollars (;iS00.00), or not to exceed thirty
(SO) days imprisonment, or both such f~_ne and impri-
sonment, in the discretion of the court.
This ordinance having been read in full at a
meeting of ti~e Town Commis:-:ion of the Town of Doynton,
Florida, held on 'the 15th day of December 1925, was
finally adopted on its final reading at a regular
meeting of said Town Commission held on the 5th day
of January 1926, and a copy hereof posted at the
door of the Town Hall.
