?~ereas, the Town Commission of the '~'own of
Boynton, Florida, h'~.s heretofore purchased certain lots
v?ithin the Town of Boynton, ~'lorida, for the purpose of
constructing public buildings for said ~fown and for a
site upon which to provide for parks and playgrounds
of said Town, to-wit, Lots Twenty-three (~), Twenty-
four (2~) and Twenty-five (~5) of Block One (1) of
Boynton Place, an addition to t~e Tovm of ~¥oynton,
Florida; and,
.~her~as, s~id lots are fully paid for; and,
~hereas, aft~,r due consideration, it was deemed
necessary and advisable that another location be secured
for these purposes more suitable for the needs of the
Town of ~3oynton;
Therefore Be it 0rdai~s~ed by the Town Commis~on
of the To~/~n of ~}oynton, i~'torida, as follows:
That the Town Commissio~ of the Town of Boynton,
~-lorida, does hereby dees~ it necessary and advisable
for the peace, health an8 safety of the inhabitants
of said Town and t~e general welfare thereof, t}~at
Lots Twenty-three (95), %verity-four (~) and Twenty-
five ($5) of Block One (1) of 5oynton Place, an addi-
tion to the To~s'n of Boynton, ~lorida, be sold at
public or private sale for t~e highest and best price
obtainable.
Ail ordinances in conflict herwith are hereby
repealed.
This ordinance t::avin::~: been re~d in full at a meeting
of the Town,.~"~ommission oi' t~le '~'own of ~ovnton,~ l'~lorida,
held on the 3rd day of December, 1925, was finally
adopted on its final reading at a regular meeting of
said ',-'o~;n Commission, held on the 15th day of December,
!?)~5, and a co!'~y hereof posted at the door of the To,;~n
iia!l.
