An Ordinance of the Town of Boynton, Florida, providing
for the condemnation of certain lands within mid Tov, m and
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE T~;VN COMEISSION OF THE TOWN OF BOYNTON,
FLORIDA:
1. That Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) of Block Five
(5) of F. Robert's Addition to the Town of Boynton is hereby
declared necessary for the following public improvements here-
tofore authorized by said Town: A building site for a Town
Hall and other public buildings of said Town.
2. That it is hereby deemed necessary for the preserva-
tion of public peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of
said Town and the general welfare thereof, that the above de-
scribed land be condemned to assure no further delay or ex-
pense in the completion of said public improvements.
The above Ordinance having been read in full at a regular
meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida,
all members being present, it was unanimously adopted as read,
and a copy thereof posted on the front door of the Town Hall
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, on the 2nd day of April A. D.
1924.
