On motion of Commissioner C. F. Knuth and
seconded by Commissioner J. C. Powell and unanimously
adopted, the following ordinance was introduced and
read as follows:
~EREAS, there being a certain street in Pences'
subdivision No. 1, of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that
is un-named; and
WHEREAS, said street is thirty (30~) in width, ex-
tending from the Dixi~ Highway westward to the East line
of the Florida East Coast Railway right of way, dividing
Blocks A and B of the said Pences' subdivision No. 1, on
the North and Block C and Park reserve on the South; and
WHEREAS, the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton,
Florida, deem it necessary and advisable to give said
street a permanent name, to be known hereafter by said
name, now therefore;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOU;N C OI~I~.~ISSION OF THE
OF BOYNTON, FLORIDA:
Section One, that the said un-named street extending
from the Dixie Highway westward to the East line of the
Florida East Coast Railway right of way, be and the same
is hereby named and shall be hereafter kno~'a~ as Park
Street, within the said Town of Boynton, Florida.
The above ordinanc~ having been read in full at the
regular meeting of the Town Commission, of the Town of
Bo~rnton, Florida, held on the 4th day of September, A. D.
1923, was unanimously adopted and passed at the regular
meeting of the said Commission, all of the members being
pre~ent, held 18th day of September, A. D. 1923, and a
copy thereof posted at the front door of Town Hall at
Boynton, Florida, on the 19th day of September, A. D. 19~3.
