O#9ORDINANCE NO. 9
Tova~ Commission
Sec. 1. The executive, legislative and judicial power,
authority and jurisdiction of the Town of Ooynton shall vest
in a Town Commission, composed of the ~iayor, the Vice ~layor
and the ToWn Clerk of said Town.
Sec. 2. There shall be three separate and distinct de-
partments of the municipal government of the Town of Bo~uat~n,
to-wit: the Executive Department in charge of the Mayor, the
Finance Department in charge of the Clerk and Tax Collector,
and the Depart~.ent of Health ~nd Public '~Yorks in charge of
the Vi ce-Mayor.
Sec. 3. The Town Commission shrill hold regular meet-
ings at the Town Hall of Boynton on the first and third
Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.i¥~.
Sec. 4. Until otherwise ordered by the Town Commission,
the Town Hall of the Town of Boynton shall be located at
and in the Pioneer Club Building located within the said of
Boynton.
Sec. 5. All meetings of the Town Commission shall be
open to the public.
The above Ordinance No. 9 having been read in full at
a ~'~eeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton,
Florida, held on the 20th day of September A. D. 1921, was
adopted and passed at a Regular 1,1eeting of said Commission
held on the 4th day of October A. D. 1921, and a copy thereof
posted at the front door of th~ To,,m Hall at Boynton, Florida,
on the 5th day of October k. D. 1921.
