69-T RESOL UTION 69-T
WHEREAS, the free and unrestricted passage of all vessels on the
Intracoastal Waterway regardless of their height is an important factor
which enhances the economy of this area and of the State of Florida as well;
and
WHEREAS, the larger the vessel temporarily or permanently
docking in this area the more significant becomes its contribution to the
economy of the area; and
WHEREAS, since the owners of these larger vessels, for the
part, purchase homesites in or near the area in which their boats are docked
the level of property values in this area is directly benefited; and
WHEREAS, the natural beauty of this immediate region of Lake
