A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
PROVIDING THAT ALL DEPOSITS FOR SEWER
SERVICE AND WATER SERVICE SHALL BE DEPOSITED
IN A SINGLE ACCOUNT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. From and after the passage of this resolu-
tion, all sewer deposits and water deposits, collected thereafter
shall be deposited in a single account, to be known as the SEWER
and WATER DEPOSIT ACCOUNT.
SECTION 2. Ail refunds from the Sewer and Water De-
posit Account shall be made with a single check when possible.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall not abolish other
deposit accounts held by the City.
SECTION 4. Ail refunds of deposits from deposit
accounts other than the Sewer and Water Deposit Account created
hereby, shall be paid out of the account to which the deposit
was made.
This resolution passed and adopted this llth day of
September ,1967.
