Be It Resolved by the Town Council of the Town of Boynton,
the County of Palm Beach and State of Florida, that said Town
of Boynton.shall with the approval of two-thirds of the registered-.
voters of the said Town, who own real-estate,therein and have paid
their taxer for -the last year due thereon, and actually voting in
the election hereinafter called, issue bonds in the aggregate sum
of Ten Thousand Dollars (210,000.00) for
municipal purposes: Six Thousand Dollars

1920, and shall be due on or before December 1, A. D. 12.25; that
any or all of said bends may be redeemed prior .to maturity at par
and -accrued interest, provided that thirty (30) days° notice of
redemption_ of any bond or bonds shall he given to the holder or
holders thereof, in writing, or by publishing said notice once
each week in a newspaper published in Palm Peach County, Florida,
for thirty (30) days prior to date of redemption; that said bonds
