New Business. ,„Motion by Lr. W. S. Shepard, seconded by W. Chas
Stitts; that the bill submited by C. F. Knuth under dare of January.
7th•1921 be returned to lir. Knuth with instruction that the same
be presented to the Council in a business like manner. Motion carr-
ied.
Motion by Mr. A. C. Shepard, seconded by lir. Chas Stitts, that
the following bills be paid, as approved by the Finanoe Committee

A Motion made by Mr. A. C. Shepard, duly seconded by Mr. A. A.
Atwater, that' the New Charter for the Town of Boynton under the .
Commission form of Goverment, as adopted by the Boynton Boosters
Club, and the Citizens of the Town of Boynton, be adopted by the
Town Council of the Town of Boynton, and the Town Clerk be instruc-
ted to foward copy of said resolution to the Town's attorneys for
their presentation to the -Legislature of the State of Florida, requ-
esting its passage immediately. Motion urn.animous carried..
Motion by ur. Chas Stitts, seconded by Mr. A. C. Shepard, that the
Tax Collector of the Town of Boynton be instructed to extend the
time for collection of taxes on Heal Estate properties within the
Town for period of Thirty days, said period being from April 1st
1921 to May 1st 1921. Motion unna.nimous Carried.
Motion by A. C. Shepard seconded by A. L. Atwater that the Town
Council loan to the Boynton Boosters Club sufficient amount of wire-
to'construot line to fle lawn of Howard Miller on the Dixie HighT,ay
for the purpose of furnishing electric light for the intertainment
to be held on Saturday evening; said wire to be teturned to the
Town , as soon as possible thereafter. Lotion Carried.
