AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND WITHIN
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA FROM
R-2, (DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL) TO R-i~
(SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) PROVIDI
FOR APPROPRIATE NOTATIONS ON
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; A
CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVII AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has adopted a Comprehensive by Ordinance 89-38 in
accordance with Chapter 163, Flori, Statutes; and
WHEREAS, Christopher Cutro g Director of this City,
has heretofore filed a Petiti with the City of Boynton beach,
Florida, pursuant to Sectic 9 of Appendix A - Zoning, of the
Code of Ordinances, of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the
purpose of implementing he recommendations in Planning Area 4.h
of the Land Use Prob2 and Opportunities Section of the 1989
City of Boynton Comprehensive Plan by rezoning a certain
parcel of land wi the municipal limits of said City, said
property being particularly described hereinafter, from R-2
(Duplex Residel to R-lA (Single-Family Residential); and
WHEREAS after public hearing and study, and after
consid of the recommendation of the City's Planning and
B( the City Commission deems it to be in the best
Df the inhabitants of said City to rezone the property.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The following described land, located in the
~y of Boynton Beach, Florida, to wit:
West 64 feet of Lot 5, East 4 feet of
Lot 5 and West 59 feet of Lot 6, Lot 7,
Lot 8,Lot 9, Lot 10, Lot 11, Lot 12, Lot
13, Lot 14, Lot 15, "Gulfstream Estates,
Plat 2, Replat," according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32,
Page 114 of the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida.
Containing 2.06 acres, more or less.
and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 (Duplex Family
(Single-Family Residential).
