A Regulmr I~ieeting of the Board of Commissioners of the
Town of Boynton, Flotilla, was he?~d at the Town Hail of the
Town of Boynton, Florida, on Tuesday evening, August 3rd,
1926, at 7:30 o'clock, P. M.
Present:
R. O. Nyers, Mayor
Harry Benson, Vice Mayor
E. L. Winchester, Town Clerk.
The above constituting the entire Board of Commissioners
of the Town of Boynton, Florida.
Minutes of the last Regular Neeting of July 20th, 1926,
were read and approved.
Einutes of a Special ~eeting of July 21st, 1926, were
read and approved.
Resolution was passed ordering the following bi~ls to
be paid ou~ of their respective funds:

Upon Motion made by Commissioner Benson, seconded by
Commissioner Winchester and carried, the following Resolution
was duly adopted:
Wt~HEAS, the Tov~n of Boynta~ Florida, maintains a Fund
at the Bank of B~ynton, within the Town of Boynton, Florida
known at the Electric Light Fmnd in which there is a balance
of $2401.11, as of this date; and
WHEi~EAS, the To~ of .Boynton, Plorida, ~ a~,Special Meet-
ing of the Town Co.lesion, held on the 9th day of April 19~6,
at the Electric Light Properties of the To~ of Boynt~, Florida,
were tr~sferred to the Plorida Power and ~ight Co~: and
~V~REAS, all known obligation of the Electric ~ght ~-
partment of the To~ of Boynton, Florida, have been met and paid;
T~REF0~ BE IT RESOL~D that the Electrie Light Fund of
the ~own of Boynton, ~lorida,. be ~d the same is hereby abolished
and all funds now in the Electric Light F~nd shall be trans-
ferred to the General ~und of the Town of Boynton, Florida, and
BE IT FUP;T~ii RESOLVED that any future funds due the Elee-
tric Light ~und of the Town of Boynton, Florida, shall be de-
posited in the ~enera~ Fund of ~e
and any obligation that may arise that would heretofore be
chargeable to the Electric Light Fund of the Town of Boynton,
Florida, shall be charged t9 the General Fund of the Town
of Boyntnn, Florida.
The following Resolution was reoeived from the Boynton
Fire Department and read:

Gentlemen:
At a Special Meeting of the Boynt~n Fire
Department held Friday evening, July 30th, 1926, the
following resolution was unanimously adopted:-
The following Resolution was presented by
William P. Somerville, who moved its adoption; and
motion to adopt was seconded by F. H. Jaworek, and
motion carried:-
BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposed ORDINANCE
Regulating and Con~r~lling Fire Extinction and Providing
Puhishment for Violat ion of Said ORDINANCE, be presented
to the Town Commission of the To~n of Boynton, Florida,
for their consideration at the next RegularMeeting of
the Town Commission to be held August 3rd, 1926'.
