Upon motion made by Commission Winchester and
seconded by Commissioner Benson and duly carried, the follow-
lng -~esolution was duly adopted:

owners to register complaints relative to Assessments on Real
and Pers,::nal P~:'operty within the Town of Boynton, falm Beach
County, Florida.
AtU~ '/~-?:~.EA2, the Board of Town Commissioners has
heretofore sat as a ;Joard of Equalization for the hearing
of complaints on the 1926 Tax Assessment Roll.
DE IT ~SOLW£D, that the Tax Assessment Roll for
the year 1926 bs and the same is ratified and accepted.

Commissioner Har~y Denson moved that this meeting adJo~rn to
:~'ednesday the 18th day of August, 1926 at ?:30 P. M. for the
purpos~ of considering an ordinance providing for the issuance
of ~5~000.00 negotiable bonds of the Town of Boyuton, in
t~alm 2~3each County, Florida, for various improvements in and
for such town.
Such motion was sec nded by Conzmissioner Winchester,
and upon being put to a vote the following vote was had thereon:
