At an adjourned regular meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, ~eld at the Town Ha~l in the Town of Boynt0n,. in Palm Beach County, Florida, on Wednesday the 18th day of August, 1926, at the hour of. 7:30 P.' M. of. such day,~such meeting being held pursuant to adjournment of the regular commission meeting of the. Town of Boynton heldon TueSday the 17th day of August, 1926, at the hour of '7:30 of such day. There were present at such meeting, R. 0. ~[yers, Mayor presiding and Commissioner; Harry Benson, Vice-Mayor and Commissioner; and E. L. Winchester, Town Clerk and Commissi, This being all of .the Town Commission of Such Town of Boynt, The matter of the issuance of the negotiable coupon of the ToWn of Boynton in the aggregate sum of' $~00,000.00 for improvements for such Town of Boynton was taken UP and discussed by the Commission Thereupon; Commissioner Harry Ronson moved that an ordinan~e entitled: "AN ORDINANCE of of Boynton, Palm-Beach County. State of Florida, ~ amomnt of a.p~oposed issue ~f bon of FiVe Hund:~ed Tho,sand:'D$,llars ( ,ag~egate "in the s~ ), te be issue :the 2own of Boynton, Florida; fixing the denomination of bonds and place of payment; providing for Said bonds o be COUpon bonds; fixing the r~'~te of interest; the par- .~ for Which the monies to be derived therefrom sha'l expended; fixing the time when said bonds shall be pay- able; providing for and Creating a slnk.ing fund, and inter- est assessment for meeting and discharging the principal and interest of said bonds; prescribing the form and de- nomination of Said bonds'; providing for a b nd of .the '~'rea-.. :surer, its amount, conditions and approval; providing for a Separate account of each bond issued, showing the number and amount of bonds issued, the reoeipts therefrom and the dl~sbursements of the proceeds thereof. NOW L~HEREFORE BE IT i~SOLVED that the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, does hereby designate the Boynton Progress, being a newspaper of general circulation, published in said Town in which said assessment roll and notice shall be published; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, meet in regular session on the 8th day of Sept. A. D. 1926 at 2 o'clock P.
