adopt a ~.esolution providing for the improvement of certain
streets, boulevards and alleys within said Town; and, ~
Whereas, at the time of the adoption of t'~e afore-
said resolution, there was on fil~ with the Town-Clerk of the
Tou~u :,£ Boynto!~, Florida, plans and spmcification~ with the
estic~ated cost of th~ propos, ed improvmments, which said plans,
specifications and e~timate were at th~ time of the adoption
o£ t}~e a£o~said rmsoluti:,n and still continue ::t o be, open to
the inspection of the public; and,
Whermas, s~id resolution stated'~'he nature of th~
propoaed Improvement.';, dmsignated the streets to be improved,
what part or portion of the expense thereof was to be paid by
special assess~nent, ~md the manner in which said assessments
should be made, whmn said Assessments~should be paid, designated
,the lands upon which said special assessments were to be levied
and stated th~ total estimatmd cost of such improvements; and,
W~ereas, in and by said r~solution adopted on the
'Sixthlda~? of August, A. D. 1926, it was determined by the Town
Commission of the Town of Boynton, Florida, to defray the whole of
