person t,s Tax Collector who shall collect all ~,iunicipal Taxes
ASSess~ents due on-rea! ~nd personal property and all other

SECTION 6. Before entering upon his er her duties
as Treasu~, he or she shall give bond with two or more
sufficient sureties or 'with an approved Surety Company as surety
equal to the largest amount of money that may come into his or
her hands at any time, such bond to be approve by the Town
Commission and to be renewed and approved annually.
