A Special Meeting of the Board of Town
Commissioners of the Gown of Bo~/nton, Florida, was
held at the Town Hall of the To~ of ~oynton, Florida,
on Wednesday Afternoon, August 31st, A. D. 199V, at
4:ZO o'clock P. ~.
Present: R. 0. ~yers, ~ayOr
Harry Benson,Vice'Mayor
E. L. Winchester,Town Clerk·
The above constituting the entire Board of
Town Commi~sioners of the To~n of Boynto~, ~lorida.
Upon motion made!by Commissioner R. O. Myers,
seconded by $ommissioner E. L. ~inchester, the f~llowing
Resolution was unanimously adopted:
BE IT F~S0LVED that the Town Hall move with
all the Town records from the.office in the N. E. ~htte
Building on Ocean avenue to the Store Room in the Bank
of Boynton Building, which Store Room.was previously
occupied by V. G. Weaver..
BE IT FURT}~EH KE$0LVED that the moving of the
To~ Hall has been deemed necessary and advisable by
the Town Commission of the '£o~n of Doynton, r'lorida,
for the best interest of the To~n in general.
There being no further business the meeting

Commissioners of the Town of ~oynton, Florida.
'l~e meeting was called for the purpose of receiving
proposals for the. sale of $200,000.00 par value six percent
General Improvement ~onds of the To~n of Boynton, Florida,
which bonds are dated October 1st, 1926, in pursuance of a
notice duly published in the-Palm Beach Post and The ~ally
BOnd Buyer as follows-

Notice is hereby given ~hat ~h~e Town Commission of the
Town of Boynton, Palm ~each County, Florida, will, at
a special meeting to be held on the ~lst day of August,
A. D. 1927, at the Town Hall of Such Town, at the hour
of ~30 P. M. of such date, will receive sealed bias
upon the sale of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars $200,000.00;
par value general improvement bonds of such town, issue
of 192~, such bonds bearing date of October 1, 1926,being
in denominations of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) each,
and bearing interest at the rate of six per cent.
per annum, payable semi-annually.
Such bids shall be filed with ~he Town Clerk on or before
the 31st day of August a. D. 1927; each bid shall be
accompanied by a certified check of the bidder in the sum
of Two Thousand ~ollars ($2,000.00; as evidence of the
good faith of the bidder.
Full information concerning the issue of bonds &~d sale
thereof may be obtained from the Town Clerk of the 'l~wn
of Boynton, Florida.
