Commissioner Harry Bens0n moved that an Ordinance
entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE making a levy upon all of the taxable
property, real and personal, within the Town of Boynton, Palm
~each County, Floriaa, of a special tax for the purpose of
providing an Interest and Sinking Fund monies to be use~ in

· he ~ayment of interest and retirement of principal upon
the bonded~lebt~of the Town of Boynton and making a fumther
levy.upon all the taxable property, both real and personal,
Within the Town of ~oynton of a general tax to provide for
the general expenditures and expenses of the Town of Boynton"

Commissioner Winchester seconded the motion for the
adoption of the above and foregoing, being O~dinan~e
upon being put to a vote the following was had thereon~
