The above constituting the entire Boa~l of' Town
Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida.
The meeting was called for the purpOse of re-
ceiving proposals for the sale of $R9~,000.'00 par value
six percent General Improvement ~onds of the X'~wn. of Boynton,
Florida, which bonds are dated October let, 1926, in p~suance
of a notice duly published in the Palm Beach'Post' and The
Daily blond Buyer as follows:
NOTICE 0F SALE OF MUNICIPAL BONDS 0P TOWN
0F BOYNTON, PALM BEACH COUNTy, PLA.
Notice is hereby given that the 'A'OWn Commission of the
o~--~ m~e~ng ~o ye ne~.a on the 31st day of August,
A..D. 1927, at the Town ~tall of such Town, at the hour
of ?:30 P. M. of such date, will receive sealed bids
upon the sale of Two Hundred ?1~ousand Dollars($200,O00.O0~
par value general improvement bonds of such town, issue
of 1926, such bonds bearing date of October 1, 1926,
being in denominations of One 'fhousand Dollars ($1,000.00~
each, and bearing interest at the rate of six Per cent.
(8%~ per annum, payable semi-annually.
~uch bids shall be filed with the Town Clerk on or
before the 31st day of August A. D. l~2V; each bid shall
be accompanied by a certified check of the bidder in
the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($~000.00~ as evidence
of the good faith of the bidder.

The Mayor declared the meeting open for the
transaction of business. 'A'he Town Clerk announced that
no bids had been received. The Mayor requested of those
present if there were any bids to be submitted.
There being no bids on the bonds, on motion
duly made, seconded and ca,tied, the meeting adjourned.
