A special meeting of the Board of C6mmissioners of the
Boynton, Fl~ridaj was held at the Town Hall
at the Town
Florida, on Wednesday, June l, A.D. 1927, at 3:00 P.M.
Present: R. 0. Myers, Mayor
Harry Benson, Vice-mayor
E. L. Winchester, Town Clerk
The above constituting the entire Board of 0ommissioners

0ommissioner Benson moved the adootion Of the followl.~
Whereas, heretofore, the Town 0ommission of the Town of Boynton
ceedings dUly and regular, ly had and taken, did make and enter
con%r~ct for the opening, widening, grading and .oa~ving of oerta
;s and sidewalks l'n and for said town, with The White Oonstructi'~
V; and,
Whereas, the engineer has submitted his final estimate and
ap~oroved a~d submitted ~or -final aoproval the completion of the
ovided for J~y such contract.
NO~ THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Town Commission of the
~nton that the work provided for in and by such contract, and
~in'g, widenin:, grading and paving of the streets and sidewalks
town, as provided for in SUch contract, has been fully corn-
nd that the same has been builded and constructed in accord
plans and specifications therefor.
Be It Further Resolved that the Work provided for in such

graded and caved be, and the same hereby is, in all things, fully
acceoted and approved by the town commission of the To~n of Boy,ton;
and further, ths. t the town commission of the town of Boynton do pay
unto the ?fnite Construction Company the ar~ount due them under their
contract therefor.
Be It Further Resolved that the total amount of the work
:for the ooening, widening, grading and oaving of said streets and
~idewalks of said town under such contract, is the sum of $504,587.54.
Cormmissioner Winchester seconded the motion for the adoption
Of the above and fore~'oing resolution and u~oon being put to vote, the
Same was unanimously carried.
Commissioner Benson moved the adoption of the following

[nally aooroved and submitted for final aporoval the completion of the

NO~ THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Town Oommission of the

~mpleted and that the same has been builded and constructed in a.ccord

Be it Further Resolved that the work orovided for in such
contract, and the sewers so builded and constructed be, and the s~me
