for the public interest that the public streets within said City, more
described herein, be improved by being built, repaired, resurfaced,
rebuilt; and

WHEREAS, The City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON
FLORIDA, pursuant to the charter of said City, deems it necessary
and/or
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has heretofore, by
according to law, required the Superintendent of Public Works to
estimated cost of such improvement and~ prepare plans and
specifications covering the construction of same; and
WHEREAS, the said Superintendent of Public Works has corn
pleted such requirements, and said plans and specifications are now on file
in his office, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the following public streets hereinafter described
shall be constructed and/or rebuilt over the publicly dedicated rights-of-way
thereof, in accordance with plans and specifications as required by the laws
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
the Superintendent of Public Works,
described as follows:

said streets being more particularly
That portion of N.W. 8th Street, lying between N.W. 10th Avenue,
and N.W. 13th Avenue.; and that portion of N. W. 13th Avenue, lying
between N. W. 9th Street and N. W. 8th Street; and that portion of
N.W. 7th Cro~rt~c~n~b~e~ t~een N. W. 13th A venue and the easterly
extension ~Lot 207, LAUREL HILLS, FOURTH ADDITION, recorded
in Plat Book 23, Page 142 public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.

2. The City Council will sit for the purpose of hearing
objections, if any, to the above proposed improvements on the ~-~day of
March, A. D. 1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. , at the Boynton Beach,
City Hall, Boynton Beach, Florida.
3. Each abutting property owner along the above proposed
improvements shall be assessed on a front footage basis, charging said owner
his proportionate share as divided by the total improvement cost. Any such
assessment may be paid within 90 days from the date of confirmation thereof,
without interest. Thereafter all assessments shall be payable in equal
annual installments with interest at 8% per annum from the expiration of said
90 days in each of the succeeding years at the time or times in each year at
which general municipal taxes as payable, provided that any assessment may
be paid at any time before due, together with interest thereon to the date of
payment.
