RESOLUTION No. 63-
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 13 of the
Code of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, pertaining
to garbage, trash and weeds, a recent periodic survey of the City has been
conducted and a report submitted to the Mayor of the municipality describing
certain parcels of land located within the municipal limits of the City whereo~
conditions constituting nuisances as defined in said Chapter 13 exist; and
WHEREAS, supporting data regarding the existence of
subject nuisances has been submitted to the City Council at a regular meeting
and the Council has thoroughly considered said report and supporting data
relative thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found, as a fact, that a prim~
facie case has been established showing the existence of nuisances, as defined
in the above and foregoing Chapter, on the parcels of land more particular

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That nuisances as defined in Chapter 13 of the
Code of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, exist on the parcels of land situated within
the municipal limits of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
