63-VParcel No Parcel No. Parcel No Parcel No RESOLUTION No. 63- WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, pertaining to garbage, trash and weeds, a recent periodic survey of the City has been conducted and a report submitted to the Mayor of the municipality describing certain parcels of land located within the municipal limits of the City whereo~ conditions constituting nuisances as defined in said Chapter 13 exist; and WHEREAS, supporting data regarding the existence of subject nuisances has been submitted to the City Council at a regular meeting and the Council has thoroughly considered said report and supporting data relative thereto; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found, as a fact, that a prim~ facie case has been established showing the existence of nuisances, as defined in the above and foregoing Chapter, on the parcels of land more particular de scribe d he re inafte r, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows: 1.
