63-CCRESOLUTION NO. 63-CC
WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, has
heretofore undertaken a major municipal sanitary sewage expansion program
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 184, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of said Chapter, the City
Council of the said City has heretofore adopted Resolution No. 62-H, as
amended by Resolution No. 63-BB, authorizing and ordering the initiation
of work under subject project in accordance with plans and specifications
therefor prepared by the City's Consulting Engineers, RUSSELL AND AXON;
and
WHEREAS, the City's Consulting Engineers have heretofore pre
a tentative apportionment of the estimated cost of subject project as between
the municipality and each lot or parcel of land subject to special assessment
under said expansion program, and filed same in accordance with law, which
tentative apportionment has been set at $2.75 per front foot to each affected
lot or parcel fronting on or serviced by the said expansion program; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has heretofore published notice as re-
quired by law, generally describing subject project and affording affected
property owners an opportunity to examine said plans, specifications, estim
cost and tentative apportionment thereof as relating to said project, and
further giving notice that the City Council would hold a public hearing relative
same on July l, 1963, at its regular council meeting; and
WHEREAS, said public hearing was held by the City Council of
said City at its regular council meeting held on July l, 1963, at the City Hall,
Boynton Beach, Florida, pursuant to said notice; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing no objections were made by affected
property owners, or if same were made they were deemed insufficient to
alter, amend or repeal said plans, specifications, estimated cost and tentati'
apportionment thereof;

NOW, THEP~FORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the conditions and provisions of Resolution 62-H of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as amended by Resolution No. 63-BI
of said City, adopting the plans and specifications, as amended, and the
estimated cost and tentative apportionment thereof, all relating to the above
described municipal sewage expansion program are hereby ratified and con-
firmed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 184, Florida Statutes.
