Wlt~tEAS, the Water Revenue Bond Agreement requ~es the establishment of
a Resd~ve Account in the Sinking Fund and a Renewal and Replacement Fund and
WH~F~AS, it appears that the Boynton Beach State Bank is duly qualified
to be official depesitory of such f~nds,
NOW TH~IEF~E BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida that the BOlq~TON REACH STATE BANK ~e and hereby is appointed Official
Depository of a portion of the funds of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
BE IT I~RTH~ RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Flor-
ida, that all checks, drafts or other orders for the withdrawal of ~ney be
signed by the Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer and countersigned by the M~yor or
Vice-~ayor.
BE IT FI~TB~I~ RESOLVED, that the BOI~TON BEACH STATE BANK be instructed
to recognize the signatures of O. R. Cierpik as Treasurer; Tereesa Padgett as
Deputy Treasurer; Jame~ J. Naheney as Mayor; and Jonas B. Baughman as Vice-Mayor,
on all orders issued by the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
