FREEHOLD~S, THE QUESTICN OF ISSU-
ING MUNICIPAL BUILDING BOARDS AT A
GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IM AND
FOR SAID CITY ON THE 1ST DAY OF DE-
CEMBER 1959, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO GIVE NOTICE
OF SAID ELECTION, BY PROCLAMATIO~
____WHEREAS, on the 50th day of October 1959, Ordinances Mos.
59-14, 59-15, 59-16 and 59-17 of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, were duly passed and adopted in regular session
assembled, and said ordinances provide that they shall take ef-
fect upon their ratification at a referendum election to be called
in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Boynton Beach for holding elections; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, as follows:
That the Mayor of the City of Boynton Beach shall give Notice,
By Proclamation, of a general election to be held. at the Shuffle
Board Pavil!iou, Corner of Ocean Avenue and S. E. 4th Street, in
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, on the 1st day of December
1959, between the hours of 7:00 A. M. and 7:00 P. M. for the pur-
oose of ratifying or rejecting the contemplated ~175,000.00,
~160,000.00, ~150,000.00 and ~120,000.00 Bond Issue Ordluauces Nos.
59-14, 59-15, 59-16 and 59-17; that his said Notice and Proclama-
tion shall be published once each week for two cousecutlve weeks
immediately preceding the said election in the Boyuton Beach Mews,
a newspaper published and printed in the City of Boyuton Beach,
Florida, and having a general circulation in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida.
That the form of ballots to be used at said election shall
be substantially as follows, to-wit:

AGAINST THE ORDINANCE
That at said election only those electors who are qualified
electors and freeholders in the said City of Boyntou Beach, Florida,
at the date of said election as now provided by law shall be permit-
ted to vote in said election. If a majority of the voters in said
election vote for the adoption of any of the said ordinances, then
such ordinances as have been adopted shall become effective other-
wise they shall not.
There shall be one polling place, which olace shall be the
Shuffle Board ?avilliou, at the Corner of Ocean Avenue and S. E.
4th Street, in the City of Boyntou Beach, Florida.
