2.The City Co'~ucil shall sit .as a board to hear objections from abutting prop-
erty holders on December 19, 1955 at the hour of 12 noon at the City Hall
Building, Bo)~ton Beach, Florida.
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to assess each of the abutting property
holders located and abutting the above described streets, and to assess such prop-
erty holders on a front foot basis clmrging said owmer his proportionate share as
divided blz the improvement cost above estimated. The property holder shall have the
privilege of paying the entire assessment at any time within ninety (90) days from
date of lien, and failing to do so the Clerk shall, for three (3) consecutive years
assess the said property owner as a lien against the property, a special assignment
tax divided into three (3) installments, payable as other ad valorem taxes are paid
with interest at the rate of 8% per annum on the unpaid balance.
4. The Clerk shall prepare an assessment roll showing the nu~ber of feet of
each lot or parcel of land fronting or abutting upon the improvements and the
amo~unt of assessments as to each, and each lot shall be proportionately so assessed.
The assessment roll shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk.
