05-19-58A RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
That certain easement lying and being between Lots 1, 2, 17, 18
and the west 12.5 feet of Lots 3 and 19, Block 3, Boynton Heights, a sub-
division of Boynton Beach, according to the plat thereof on file in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida,
in Plat Book 10, page 64, is hereby vacated and abandoned by the City of
Boynton Beach, for and in consideration of a dedication of a new easement
line from Foy Ward and Virgie Ward, his wife, being described as follows:
An easement five (5) feet in width located on Lots 1, 2 and the east 12.5
feet of Lot 3, Boynton Heights, a subdivision to Boynton Beach, County
of Palm Beach, State of Florida, according to the plat thereof on file in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida, in Plat Book 10, page 64, more particularly described as follows:
Beginadng at a point on the southerly lot line of Lot 3, and being 12.5 feet
east of the west boundary of said lot and run northerly a distance of 15 feet
at an angle of 90° from the said lot line to a point; thence making an angle
of 90° from the preceding course run westerly a distance of 62.5 feet to
the west lot line of Lot 1, hereinabove described to a point; thence run
south along west lot line of Lot 1, a distance of five (5) feet to a point;
thence run easterly at an angle of 90° from the preceding course a distance
of 57.5 feet to a point; thence run southerly at an angle of 90°
to the pre-
ceding point a distance of 15 feet to the south boundary line of said Lot
3 of the hereinabove described property.
