AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING ADMINISTRATIVE FEES FOR
LAND DEVELOPMENT RELATED ACTIVITY;
PROVIDING FOR AN IMPLEMENTATION DATE FOR
SAID FEES; PROVIDING FOR A CONFLICTS
CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILIT¥ CLAUSE;
PROVIDING AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; AND AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEI~AS, the City is authorized to collect charges or
fees in an amount necessary for the efficient conduct of
municipal government and to offset regulatory activity; and
WHEREAS, the City currently collects fees for land
development activity; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to amend its land development
fee charges and add new fee levels for activities not
previously the subject of any fee or charge;
WFAERKAS, the City Administration has conducted a study
to establish a fair and reasonable charge for land
development fees.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TME CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Effective October 1, 1990,
