06/02/55RE S 0 I,U TIC N %U~tEAS, the City Council h~ heretofore furnished water free of charge to Churches, Civic Orgonizations, Fraternal ~z~d Fatriotic C~gani- zations and others, and ?;'~.~LE&~, the volume of water being consu~ed by such locat~ ~s has becoms too gr~at for the City to tony longer furnish free, ~O~: ~2~RE t~ IT ~%E~L'~D, by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, that henceforth all such water connections in the City be metered.
