Sale of lots-Boynton HeightsR E S 0 L U T I O N (P~ESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE SELLING PRICE AND OTHER CON- DITIONS CONCERNING THE SALE OF LOTS LOCATED IN BOYNTON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION) WHEREAS, the Town of ]~!o~n~ton Florida, is the ova~er, in fee si%~ple, of certain l~ds located in BOYNTON HEIGHTS Subdivision of the Tova~ of Boynton, Florida, title to which was procured through foreclosure of Tax Sale Certificates and Liens for Special Assessments, and, WHEREAS, at a Regular Meeting of the Tow~ Commission of the Town of Bo2u~ton, held on the 6th day of June, 1934, a Resolut%on was adopted setting forth the selling price and other conditions concerning the sale of such lots located in Boynton Hoights Subdivision, and, WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and expedient s~'~d to the best interests of the citizens and taxpayers of the Tow~ of Boynton, that the selling price of such lots be revised ...... BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon receipt by the Treasure of the Town of Boynton, of the purchase price as hereinabove specified, the Mayor and To~l Clerk be and they hereby are, authorized, ordered and directed to execute a Special Warranty Deed of conveyance for such lands.. ........... BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Roal Estate Broker, by whose direct efforts any of the above group of lots may be sold, shall receive for his or her services, a commission of ten percent (10%) of the selling price of the lots so sold.
