THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN V~RECKAGE, TRASH
DEBRIS, OR 0~¢E OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
THINGS ON LOT 4 BLOCK 54 LAKE BOYNTON
ESTATES, SECTION 29
WHEREAS, there exists on certain land in the Town of
Boynton, Florida~ described as
Lot 4 Block 54
Lake Boynton Estates, Sec 29
of the Town of Boynton, Florida~ certain wreckage~ trash
and debris or one or more of such undesirable thi_ogs; and~
V~HEREAS~ this Cor.amission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation of the public health and
safety of the inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for
the general welfare of the said Town that there should be
removed from the said land all wreckage, debris and trash;
and~
WHEREAS, it appears that_ Maryj McCarthy_is the owner
said land;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Town Commission
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Con~nission does
hereby direct and require the said owner of said land to
remove from said property, wreckage, trash arzl debris~
within fifteen day after notice is served upon them
directing them to do so; and~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ that if said owner shall not~
within fifteen DAYS after notice is served upon him,
directing him to do so, remove from said property, the
thing or things directed and required to be removed, t.his
Commission shall cause the same to be removed and will
charge~ assess arzl collect the expenses thereof, as a
lien against the said land or as a claim against the
owner thereof; ~mud,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ that notice and a copy of
this Resolution shall be served upon the owner of such
land or the agent of such owner; or if said owner is a
non-resident, or cannot be fox, nd within the Town, and
has no known agent or agents within the Town, A copy of
said notice and a copy of this Resoll~tton shall be posted
on said land
