(A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DEPOSITORY
FOR THE "DEPOSITORS FUND" OF THE TOWN
OF BOYNTON, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.)
~tEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of Town Commissioners
of the Town of Boynton, Florida~ to designate a depository for
the "Depositors Fund" of the Town of Boynton, Flofida, and,
V~HEREAS, it appears that the Florida~State Bank of Delray
Beach, Florida, is duly qualified to be the official depository
of the Depositor's Fund of the To~m of Boynton, Florida.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Town Commissioners
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that the Florida State Bank of
Delray Beach, Florida, be and hereby is appointed the Official
Depository of "Depositor's Fund" of the Town of Boynton, ~lorida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all checks, drafts or other
orders for t~e withdrawal of money, and that any evidence of
indebtedness of borrowin~ money from the Florida State Bank shall
be s~ned by the Mayor and countersigned by one other Commissioner,
in accordance with Section Five (~) of Article Four (~) of the
Town Charter.
BE IT ~RTHER RESOLVED that the Florida State Bank of Delray
Beach, Florida, be instructed to recognize the signatures of
H. D. Stevens as ~ayor, and the countersignatures of either
N. N. Weems as Vice-~ayor or J. P. Bowen as Town Clerk, on all
checks issued by the Town of Boynton, Florida.
BE IT ~RTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk be, and he
hereby is, authorized and directed to send a copy of this
Resolution, together with soecimen s~gnatures of H. D. Stevens,
Mayor; N. 'M. Weems, Vice-Mayor; and J. P. Bowen, Town Clerk to
the Florida State Bank of Delray Beach, Florid~.
