WHEREAS, it is deemed amvisable and to th~ best interests
of the To~a-I of Eoynton and the inhabitants and taxpayers thereof
that a rule or regulation be adopted and enforced fixing a time
within which persons interested in the records of tho said Tow~-i
may have access thereto and receive the information from
such records.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tow~ Commission
of the To~-~ of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, as fol ows:
1. That all persons desiring information or access to the
rocords of said Town shall be permitted to call for such
information as such persons may de~ire between the hours of
8:00 A.~'~I. anm 9:30 A.~,~. of cach and every day, oxcluding Sundays;
and that no person shall have access to such r~cords at any
other tim~ during th~ day.
~. That the clerk of such Co~ission be, and he heroby is,
authorizod, empowered, instPuctem and directed to rcquire all
persons s~eking information sho~-~ by the reco~s to d~signate
what records such persons desires and make application for
permission to inspect such rocords at no other time except
between 8:00 A.~. and 9:30 A.~,~. during ~ach and every day, excludi~.
Sunday; and that such clerk be, and he hero, by is, authorized,
empowe~ed and dirocted to make, promulgate and ~nfo~c~ any
and all other rules and r.~gulations which he may deem fair and
r~asona~le pertaining to the examination and copyin~ of the
~eco~ds of such To~. ~
The above RESOLUTION was duly passed and adopted at a
Special ~',[eeting of the Eoa~ of Town Co~nissioners of the Town
of ko~'~ton, F~orida, held on January 30th, A.D. 1928.
