R98-/~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF THE FINAL PLAT OF SUMMERS MILL P.U.D., SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS SET OUT IN THE ATTACHED DEVELOPMENT ORDER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, does hereby accept the. Final Plat Summers Mill P.U.D., subject to the conditions set out in the attached Development Order.
