AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 2 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 88-17, REFERRING TO APPENDIX A,
SECTION 3.1 TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR
CONTAINED THEREIN RELATING TO ESTABLISHMENT OF
ZONING DISTRICTS; PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY
OTHER TERM AND PROVISION OF ORDINANCE NO. 88-17
AND ORDINANCE NO. 88-41 SHALL REMAIN IN FULL
FORCE AND EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY ENACTED;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
W~EREA$, on the 3rd day of May, 1988, the City Commission of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, duly adopted Ordinance No. 88-17, and
adopted on the 21st day of September, 1988 Ordinance No. 88-41, which
amended Ordinance No. 88-17; and
W~EREAS, it appears that a scrivener's error was made in Section 2
of Ordinance No. 88-17 which refers to Appendix A. Section 3.1 by
incorrectly providing for the deletion of the M-1 Industrial District
within the zoning code; and
MIEREAS, The City Commission now desires to correct said
scrivenor's error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTOM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 88-17 relating to
Appendix A. Section 3.1 is hereby amended by adding the words and figures in
underlined type as follows:
3.1 M-1 Industrial District
Section 2: Each and every other provision of Ordinance No. 88-17
and Ordinance No. 88-41 shall remain in '~ull force and effect as previously
enacted.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
