A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO/THE DEVELOPMENT

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON //
BEACH, FLORIDA AND OOEAN BREEEZE FESTIVAL//
PARK, INC., (COMMONkY REFERRED TO AS/~NAN
"MARINA PROJECT'S),~ AND PROVIDING
/
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach and Ocean/~reeze Festival Park, Inc.,
(Developer), entered intoa Development Agreeme July 1, 1997, which makes
reference to and requires the construction of a b~at storage facility; and
WHEREAS, subsequent negotiation~between the City and the Developer
have resulte~ in a tentative agreement,~at would eliminate the boat storage facility

and ther~gby allow development oft~t portion of the site in a manner more suitable
/
to the~needs of both the City a e Developer; and
/ NOW, THEREFOR E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
/
THE CITY OF BOYNT~Iq/BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. /'T~o City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
does hereby /hodze and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the
/
Addendum/t& the Development Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and
/
Ocean I~eze Festival Park, Inc., attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That .this Resolution will become effective immediately upon
p/~sage.
