1. Call to Order
2. Condition Report on City Operations and Facilities - Despite Major Damage, we
are operating.
a. Water system is fine and safe to drink despite damage to both Water
Plants. - Water Plant Staff Performed Magnificently in Storm
b. Police and Fire Communications During! After Storm - Ingenuity at work.
c. Three Fire Stations Damaged, One (Station # 1) out of service.
d. Damage Assessment for Public Buildings Underway
e. No Power at all City Facilities - everything that is open is on generator.
3. Status of Recovery Efforts in Boynton Beach
a. Intersection Traffic Control Being Deployed By Police Department
b. Q&A Information Sheet for Residents Being Updated for distribution to
media, printed and via AM 1670.
c. Lift Stations Being Brought Back On-Line via Generators.
d. Street Access being assessed and clearing has started.
e. Curfew Hours - currently 7PM to 5AM tonight possibly extended.
4. Anticipated City Work Schedule and State of Emergency
5. Removal of Landscape Debris
a. City's Program via City Forces and Outside Contractors
b. Discussion Regarding Removal from Private Communities
6. City Meeting Schedule and Alternate Location if City Hall Still Closed
7. Community Outreach Efforts
a. Points of Distribution (POD'S) at Palm Beach Community College and
Pompey Park in Delray Beach. (Ice and Water)
b. Tarps - Wednesday at Fair Grounds
c. Outreach to Faith-Based Community for Subsidiary Relief Centers
8. FEMA Site and Federal Disaster Declaration Update
