A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
Bob E.N:5LE" AS A REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE MUL TI-JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES
COORDINATION FORUM AND APPOINTING
MiK.E Fei'G~SON AS ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE MULTI-
JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES COORDINATION FORUM;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled
to representation on the Multi-Jurisdictional Issues Coordination Forum; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for
such representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right
19 and honor of service.
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
21 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
22 Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as
23 being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
24 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
25 appoints Bob [N:5L.E"R..
as a representative to the Multi-Jurisdictional Issues

Coordination Forum and appoints Mi K.E FerJu50N
to the Multi-Jurisdictional Issues Coordination Forum.
