AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN ON
BEHALF OF THIS COMMISSION ALL REQUESTS
FOR TEMPORARY CLOSING OF STATE ROADS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREA~, the Florida Department of Transportation has
established new procedures to be used in the filing for
permits requesting temporary closing of state roads; and
WHEREAS, this City Commission wishes to comply with
said new procedures by authorizing the City Manager to sign
on their behalf with regard to permit application,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY ~ CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTONBEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby
authorized to sign on behalf of this City Commission for all
permit applications for the temporary closing of any state
road.
Section 2.
immediately upon passage.
