AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AMENDING THE CITY ORGANIZATIONAL
CHART; PROVIDING FOR A REPEALING CLAUSE;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, to update the City
Drganizational Chart by adding a newly created Department of
Hanagement Services and a newly created Department of
Community Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT O~AINED BY THE CIT~ COmmISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACHAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Chapter
%rticle 1, Section 2-1 be amended
2, "Administration",
by substituting the
~ttached City of Boynton Beach Organizational Chart for the
current Organizational Chart.
Section 2. That remaining provisions of Chapter 2,
which would not conflict with the provisions of Section 1 of
this Ordinance are hereby ratified and reaffirmed.
Section 3. That all Ordinances or parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any Section or provision of this
Ordinance or portion hereof be declared by a court of
=ompetent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision should
~ot affect the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 5. That this Ordinance should be effective
immediately upon its passage.
Section 6. That authority is hereby granted to
~odify this Ordinance.
